As you may know, PAWS – the Progressive Animal Welfare Society, is Weigold Photography’s “pet” cause. They are a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter located in Middletown, not far from our studio. Coming up next weekend is the annual DogFest, a celebration of dogs and their people. DogFest is held June 12-13, 2010 at the VOA Park in West Chester. Weigold Photography will be helping to raise money for the UCAN Non-Profit Spay/Neuter Clinic which helps to reduce pet overpopulation and resulting euthanasia by providing low cost spay/neuter surgery to dogs and cats in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana. We’ll be on site for the event taking event photos and portraits with the participants and their pets! Please join us and help support a worthy cause. The event is a 1.5 mile walk, and day of walk registration is $25. Save $5 and register online until 9/19 at http://www.stepsforpets.org/
